This plamsid is pUC57 vector, a plasmid backbone very commonly used in genetic engineering. Contains the sequences of the parts, AmpR gene https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K5471000 , AmpR promoter https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K5471001 and Ori pMB1 https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K5471002 . This plasmid can replicate independently in cells, and express AmpR gene which encodes beta-lactamase.

This plasmid was used by us as the base for the construction of our Transfer Gene plasmid, used for HEK293T cell transfection and rAAV2 production. Sequence and Features
